Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are processed within 5 days or receipt of returned items. Call us for help at 512-619-1155 (in the USA) for help. Wands (not displays) can be returned at any time for any reason, scratches, unsold, etc.

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days. We will exchange it or refund the merchandise price, plus any applicable sales tax.

Please include the packing slip and send your return to us via the shipper of your choice; you pay for postage at the point of return.

Order Cancellation Policy

Please submit any cancellation via email to life@ziponline.com, or call on our business phone at 512-619-1155.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted (via email or phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping.

However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping.
